Built for Trust

We partnered with On Track Technicians, a railway construction and maintenance specialist who provide safety critical staff, possession management and deliver P-Way projects across the UK and Ireland, to reposition its digital presence for its tenth year in business. The brief called for a website built for trust and engineered to withstand scrutiny at every stage of due diligence for procurement audiences and career seekers.

The new site structures a complex operational story around the people who need it most, procurement teams, safety managers, project stakeholders and future apprentices, each finding what they need without wading through noise. A mirrored Republic of Ireland site extends that same clarity across the all-Ireland market.

Engineering Compliance

Discovery shaped every decision before a single wireframe was drawn, running stakeholder workshops and competitor research to define how procurement teams, safety managers and candidates would each use the site differently. That thinking fed directly into audience-led journeys, from procurement due diligence through to careers and apprenticeships, each reaching relevant content in a few clicks. Accessible design underpins the interface throughout, keeping dense technical and compliance information easy to scan on any device.

Built on Craft CMS, the site gives OTT's team full control over projects, accreditations and news without relying on developer time for routine updates. A mirrored Republic of Ireland site runs from the same platform, giving the business one consistent structure to manage across both markets. Search foundations were built in from the start, so the site is found by the procurement teams and framework partners searching for rail delivery expertise.
